was always going to be that ‘extra’ bride and one scent was never going to be enough. I layered two iconic fragrances: Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Le Parfum and Narciso Rodriguez Poudrée. I'm obsessed with deep, sensual vanilla but I also wanted to feel soft and elegant. Black Opium Le Parfum gave me that addictive, rich coffee and quad-vanilla hit. It's so alluring! But then, layering Narciso Poudrée over it created this incredible, fluffy musky cloud. It softened the edges of Black Opium, making it feel more bridal and sophisticated. It was like a warm, sweet hug with an elegant trail. Everyone kept asking what I was wearing!

I love perfumes and I wanted to do something more than just wear one. I picked Jo Malone to scent my entire wedding day and wore a complimentary scent to elevate the whole scented experience. I wanted my wedding to feel cohesive and truly immersive. We had Jo Malone candles in English Pear & Freesia scenting the wedding venue and I wore the perfume itself. It’s fresh, elegant and not overpowering. It was perfect for a daytime summer wedding. The best part? Now, whenever I light that candle or wear the scent, it brings me right back to the joy and romance of our day. It made the entire event feel harmonious and our guests were wowed!
